Below is our schedule of fees showing exactly what we charge for the services we provide

| Obtaining estimates and supervision of major works | 10% of cost of works over £2000 |
| Administration of tax returns (TMA) | £80 per annum |
| Duplicating and testing extra keys | £5 per key |
| Overseas telephone calls and faxes | At cost |
| Overseas mail redirection | At cost |
| Issuing Notice Seeking Possession | £20 |
All fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Letting Service
If you do not wish us to undertake full management, we can provide a Letting Service. The fee for the Letting Service is 50% of the first months' rent, subject to a minimum fee of £200.
The fees are payable at the start of the Tenancy and will be deducted from monies received by us on your behalf. If the tenant leaves prior to the end of the term of the Tenancy, letting fees are not refundable.
If you require collection of rents in addition to the Letting Service, then additional fees of 2.5% will be charged and will be deducted from rents collected.
